The girls from URGENT, Inc. enjoyed a beautiful weekend camping on Virginia Key in December. All participated in a beach clean-up, went for a hike, made rain sticks and rode the train and merry-go-round at Virginia Key Park. They all agreed, however, that the highlights of the trip were the seagrass adventur e and the campfire on the beach. Theresa, a marine biologist, helped us identify the critters lurking in the grass in the bay. Girls demonstrated their cookong skills by preparing a delicious taco dinner Saturday night and a bountiful breakfast Sunday morning.
